Booking Fee

All new Bookings made from January On wards will require you to pay a 50% Booking Fee. (50% of total amount of treatment booked). This can be paid via by bank transfer, PayPal, over the phone or in salon to secure the appointment.

Cancellations

Please be respectful of our time and others. We are rarely able to fill an appointment slot at short notice.

- If less than 24 hours notice is given before the appointment time this will result in the loss of your booking fee.

- If more than 24 hours notice is given the fee can be transferred to another booking.

We understand that unavoidable issues may occur and in the event of an emergency we will do our best to work with you.

-If you don't let us know that you can't make your appointment and result in a No Show, you will be charged 100% Of the total booking amount

Lateness

Please arrive 5 Minutes before your appointment time.

- If you are late the time may be deducted from your appointment.

- If you're more than 20 minutes late this may result in your appointment being cancelled and the loss of your booking fee.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any of our treatments. We have taken the time and used our products to provide your treatment. If you're unhappy please notify us describing the problem and provide pictures within the first 24-72 hours.
